Ms Cheng is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. She obtained her Bachelor Of Accountancy degree from the National University Of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
She has been serving the residents of this voluntary welfare home since 2015. Prior to joining the charity sector, Ms Cheng held various senior regional roles with leading global FMCG and logistic companies for more than 25 years.

Alvina obtained her Bachelor Of Health Science, Nursing, from the University Of Sydney and has been a Registered Nurse under Singapore Nursing Board since 1995.
She was a lecturer, holding the position of Matron and Assistant Director of Nursing with various healthcare institutions before joining our nursing home as the Director of Nursing in 2018.
Principal Physiotherapist (Appointed 1 May 2011)
Sathish Kumar Lakshmanan, Principal Physiotherapist has over 25 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in the acute & community healthcare settings, which includes working in Bright Hill Evergreen Home since 2011.
He graduated from Dr M. G. R Medical University, Chennai, India in 1998 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and went on to obtain a Master of Gerontology from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Singapore in 2021.
He is an AHPC registered Physiotherapist and has gained invaluable experience in multiple areas of physiotherapy during his course of work and has taken special interests in neurological and geriatrics rehabilitation.
He strongly believes in person centred care (PCC), active rehabilitation and empowerment of his residents. As a department head, he sets a department’s strategic direction and leads the team in initiatives to enhance clinical and evidence-based practices.
Senior Medical Social Worker (Appointed 10 Oct 2017)
Niki obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) and Graduate Diploma in Social Work from the National University of Singapore, before completing her Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology at James Cook University.
She has over 15 years of experience caring for people at different stages of their illness trajectory, providing psychosocial services in various healthcare institutions before joining Bright Hill Evergreen Home in 2017.
Human Resource Manager (Appointed 1 Apr 2021)
Treffany holds a Diploma in Business Management (major in Human Resource Management) from SMA School of Management.
She has held Human Resource roles, mainly in the service sector since 1999. Prior to joining our nursing home, she was the Human Resource and Admin Manager of a community hospital for 4 years.

Samantha is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. She obtained her Bachelor Of Accountancy degree from the National University Of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
She held finance positions in both the commercial and charity sectors for more than 25 years including many years of experience with various healthcare organisations and elderly homes, before joining our Home in 2015.
Operations Manager (Appointed 16 Sep 2013)
Dennis holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic, and obtained both his Graduate Certificate in Health Services Management and Master of Health Services Management from Griffith University Queensland Australia.
He is a certified Fire Safety Manager. He started his career in serving the Republic Of Singapore Air Force for 10 years. In 2008, he moved on to work as an Operations Manager, bringing along many years of experience overseeing the smooth running of operations in the various organisations he worked for. He joined our Home in 2013.
