Direct Care Staff

Job Description

Clinical Care

  1. Responsible for the effective management of ward with quality service programme in accordance with the organisation’s QA and Infection Control programs.
  2. Responsible for the supervision, evaluation and disciplining of all staff.
  3. Responsible for upholding the policies and values of the organisation and the nursing profession.
  4. Co-ordinate teamwork in the day-to-day running of the nursing department.
  5. Assist the DON in evaluating and maintaining a high standard of nursing care through clinical guidance, teaching, support and advice to nursing cum auxiliary staff.

Job Description

  • Prepare meal ingredients for the Cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
  • Assist in food marination.
  • Washing and cleaning all utensils required in the kitchen
  • Preparing cups and utensils for morning and afternoon tea.
  • Blending food for special diets.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work station and food storage facilities.

Requirements:

  • Possess PSLE or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the relevant field is preferred, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Comfortable to perform shift duties, 6 days work week ( 6am – 2.30pm / 7am – 3.30pm / 10.30am – 7pm)
  • People-orientated team player to achieve final goal
  • Candidate should be able to transport loads and kitchen equipment as required.
  • Candidate should be able to read basic English recipes and converse with Chinese speaking in workplace as job environment required.

Job Description

  • Training and mentoring less experienced cooks.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff to improve their culinary skills.
  • Coordinate kitchen team for smooth operations during service.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering ingredients and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen.
  • Conduct Kitchen audit every six-monthly.
  • Supervise staff in proper use of kitchen equipment and safety protocols.
  • Any Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Operations Executive.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in cooking with a strong track record.
  • Must have WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide efficient technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, and end-user devices, offering hands-on support when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up new workstations, configuring email accounts, and ensuring proper access to network resources.
  • Manage and monitor IT inventory and assets, ensuring equipment is up-to-date and properly functioning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT support procedures for future reference and training purposes.


Provide corrective maintenance to System such as card access, CCTV, security, network, server systems, etc.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Any other tasks assigned by the Home

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in in Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Server.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and other cloud-based applications is a plus.


Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
