On 4 July 2024, Bright Hill Evergreen Home was awarded the ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐ž๐๐š๐ฅ (๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง) for our innovative ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐„๐’๐‚๐€๐๐„ โ€“ ๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐€๐ข๐๐ž๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง initiative! Project ESCAPE is an ongoing initiative focused on job redesign, identifying capable care aides for upskilling and capacity building to assume roles traditionally held by higher-level staff.

Organised by the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) and supported by the Ministry of Health as well as the Ng Teng Fong Healthcare Innovation Programme, the ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ (๐‡๐ˆ๐) ๐Œ๐ž๐๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ is a prestigious, national-level award that recognises excellence in healthcare innovation and productivity across local, private, and community/intermediate and long-term care sectors.
